Q1: What is involved in the Lion Diet vs Carnivore Diet

A1: The Lion Diet is a type of Carnivore Diet, but it strictly includes only red meat, salt, and water. In contrast, the Carnivore Diet allows for a wider variety of foods, including eggs, cheese, milk, yogurt, any type of meat from animals, and animal fats.

Q2: Do you have any carbs and if not was it difficult to stop them?

A2: ZERO carbs. It was not easy to stop them, however after 2-3 weeks you will more than likely stop craving them.

Q3: In Carnivore what can you not have?

A3: Many people may have issues with certain dairy products. Personally, I avoid milk because it makes me feel less than optimal. When I’ve had to switch to the broader Carnivore Diet due to work and travel, including eggs, milk, cheese, and yogurt, only milk affects me negatively. Eggs, cheese, and yogurt do not have the same effect on me. However, individual responses vary, and it’s important to find out what works best for your own body.

Q4. Do you drink coffee or tea?

A4: No, I stopped both by week 4. I also no longer crave or need them. It will happen to you as well but the time may vary. This elimination has given me more clarity for sure.

Q5. Are you regular with your bowel movements?

A5: At first it was strange. This did change. I went from being regular every day to every 2-3 days. Then I did become constipated for a short period of time however the videos from Dr. Chafee and Dr. Berry reminded me to increase my intake of animal fat. Once I did this, all went back to normal and now it is normal and every day.

Q6: What other benefits have you had?

A6: If you watch my videos you will note all of them, however off the cuff here are some of them;

  1. Weight Loss (45kgs) in under 4 months, lost all pain in my body, I had major pain in my lower back due to my Rugby days. All gone.

  2. No more blood pressure.

  3. No more cholesterol issues.

  4. My eyesight improved.

  5. My skin tightened up all over my body including my face. I also have no loose skin from the weight loss.

  6. I no longer suffer from hay fever after 27 years of suffering.

  7. I no longer need to take any meds for illnesses.

  8. I no longer need deodorant as I don’t have toxins in my body which cause odour.

  9. I no longer have sores and boils like I used to.

  10. I took my blood takes and results before I started and 2 weeks ago as well (for the purposes of my recovery for my burn on my hand) and my doctor stated that I now have the metabolism of a 25 year old. I am 50 years old in fact :-).

  11. Usually I used to need 7-9 hours sleep, I now sleep 5 hours a day and that is more than enough.

  12. I have not had any flu since I started (apart from the flu like symptoms during my detoxing).

  13. I work with hundreds of people all over the world and many people who have had severe Covid19 outbreaks and infections have been working with me while sick, without realising it and I have NEVER caught Covid19. Not yet thankfully.

  14. I don’t get cold like I used to, as I don’t feel the cold like I used to.

  15. My skin absorbs the sun (summer time now) more naturally the way it used to when I was 18 and living in South Africa.

  16. I don’t get tired easily.

  17. Since I started on the 19th February 2024 till now, I have fasted for 7-days twice and found it easy to do. This helped with Ketosis during my recovery.

  18. My teeth are stronger, as I can feel they are.

  19. My voice has cleared up and sounds deeper.

  20. Finally I am feeling like a $1 million dollars and every day I get up, I now get up at 5am when I am working and when not working I enjoy my rest.

Q7: Why are you not eating a balanced diet with fruits and vegetables?

A7: As a digital forensics investigator with a thirst for knowledge, I delved into studies, charts, and surveys. Nearly all medical texts and studies since 1945 have been funded by pharmaceutical companies, even though they were conducted by researchers and doctors. In the past five years, many of these studies have been debunked, revealing that doctors and researchers were paid to falsify results. This manipulation has favored the food industry and the production of processed foods, contributing to poorly cultivated lands. Over the past 50 years, pesticide-laden soil has gradually poisoned mankind. A century ago, humans primarily consumed meat, occasionally eating fruits and vegetables. While our bodies adapted, we became sicker as a species, shorter, and suffered more long-term health issues. Personally, eating 60%-70% vegetables and fruits made me increasingly ill. The truth is out there—conduct your own research to uncover how we’ve been misled!

Q8: Do you offer consultations?

A8: Yes I do and will be doing so with 30 min and 60 min Zoom calls. Details are available under my Coaching section. I have been providing life coaching for a while now, however I can back it up with my health benefits and experience in taking this journey and not only life coach for business and social enhancement but now also for health gains and improving your overall mental and physical health.

Q9: Will you do any live streams and communicate with key figures in the industry and people around the world who wish to embark on this journey?

Q10: Is it not expensive to eat just red meat especially steaks?

A10: At the start I was concerned of this too and I was convinced that this journey would be short term till I achieved the results I wanted (to heal fast), however over the 3-4 months so far, I have calculated that my total bills for food has become less than 1/2 half of what I was spending in the past. So overall I am also saving money and I am no longer fussing about what meal to prepare. I now eat healthy, cost effectively and I enjoy every single meal with the best and ultimate steaks possible. How can you beat that?
